What is CanopyGrow?

CanopyGrow is a rent tracking subscription to help you improve your Credit History & Credit Score.

What are the different packages available?

CanopyGrow includes 2 plans:

  • Standard

    • Activate rent tracking to report your rental data to Experian

  • Premium

    • Activate rent tracking to report your rental data to Experian, Equifax and TransUnion

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can downgrade to the Standard plan simply by cancelling your subscription.

In order to make any other changes such as changing from an annual plan to a monthly plan, you must cancel your subscription and upgrade to your new chosen option.

Why is my discount code not working?

Please ensure your discount code is valid and in date.

How does CanopyGrow improve my Credit Score?

CanopyGrow will give you access to tools such as Rent Tracking which will help you grow your credit score by reporting your data once set up to the Credit Referencing Agencies. You can view your personalised insights on other ways to grow your credit score by activating your Credit Profile.

Can my Credit Score go down?

Your credit score is made up of thousands of pieces of data. CanopyGrow will help improve your credit score but there is no guarantee your score will increase overall as there could be other areas of your credit profile potentially affecting your credit score.

Do I need to complete my Rent Passport in order to use CanopyGrow?

No, your RentPassport is separate and is there to help you move quickly into a new property. CanopyGrow is here to help you understand and develop your credit profile.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes, you can pay yearly and receive an annual discount for doing so.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime in your settings area.

Please note only cancellation within the 14 day cooling period are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team to process this refund.
