When you have shared your RentPassport with an agent or landlord they will have access to your details. If you wish to stop sharing your data, this article will explain how you can do this so the agent/ landlord will no longer be able to access your information.
To find out how to share your RentPassport click here.
Please note:
If the agent has requested a Right to Rent check, you will not be able to disconnect as they will need access to this information for the duration of the tenancy.
If you disconnect your RentPassport from the agent all manual reviews will cease as we will take this as your tenancy application is no longer required.
Step 1:
Click "Landlords / Agents" under your connections.
Step 2:
Select the agent/ landlord from the list of your active connections.
Step 3:
Click the 'Stop Connecting' option at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4:
Once you have clicked 'Stop Connecting', confirm this by selecting 'Disconnect my Passport'.
Your agent/landlord will no longer have access to your RentPassport.
