What to do if you have no income
If you are not currently receiving income, you will need to select 'no income' in the income section of your RentPassport™. Please see below for step-by-step instructions on how to do this:
1. Log into your Canopy RentPassport™
2. Select 'Verify income'. You will see the below screen
3. Click 'add' next to 'Income Sources'
4. You will see a list of income types (below), please tick 'No Income' and click 'Save'
5. Finally, you will see a screen confirming that your income section is complete
