Select the 'Rental Profile' section in your RentPassport® and you will be asking the following questions. If selecting yes to any of these questions, you will be prompted to enter further information, these are not mandatory to complete.
Do you know your move in date yet?
Do you know your move in address yet?
Are you moving to a shared household?
a) Will you be the lead tenant?
Once you have answered the questions you will be asking the following questions:
Do you want to be able to smoke in your home?
Do you have any pets?
Do you have any children (under age of 14)?
How many bedrooms do you need?
Do you need your home to be furnished?
Do you have any accessibility requirements?
Now you have completed this section, your RentPassport® will also display your rental preferences and allow your agent to know more about you and which properties to show you.
