When you register with Canopy you are given the option to sign up for Canopy emails offering you discounts and tips during your rental lifecycle.
We understand that nothing is forever and you may have changed your mind after receiving these emails. If this is the case you can unsubscribe through your inbox or in-app. We have outlined the steps for both below.
Please note: These emails differ from our transactional emails which remind you to complete your RentPassport®.
INBOX
Step 1:
Find and open any marketing email from us, below is an example.
Step 2:
Scroll to the bottom of the email and click "unsubscribe", this will take you to a new page.
Step 3:
If you would like to proceed with the cancellation, click "Unsubscribe" and you will now have successfully stopped all Canopy marketing emails.
APP
Step 1:
Log into your account, this can be on a web browser or a mobile device. Click on the top-right icon with your initials to find the settings.
Step 2:
Click "Account settings" and select 'Notifications'.
Step 3:
If you would like to proceed with the cancellation, uncheck 'Marketing emails' and you will now have successfully stopped all Canopy marketing emails.
