How to change your payment method

Please follow the steps below if you would like to change your payment card to pay for your CanopyGrow® subscription.

Step 1:

Find your setting page when you have logged into the app. You can find this on the top right of the page.

Step 2:

Click on 'Subscription Settings' to view all details in relation to your subscription.

Step 3:

Under 'Payment method' you will find your current card details, click "Change". You will also be able to review all your previous payments by clicking "View payment history".

Step 4:

You will be directed to our payment partner, Stripe. Please enter your new card details here and your postcode. Once complete, click "Save card".

You have now successfully changed your payment method and all future payments will be taken for your new chosen card.

Please note: With all subscription plans, you are eligible for a full refund 14 days after you sign up for a plan. You will not be able to claim a refund after 14 day cooling period. Please contact us to notify us of your cancellation and we will process the refund.
