To complete your RentPassport, your rent section must be completed. Even if you do not pay rent as you are a homeowner, you are still able to complete this section by explaining your living situation.
Follow the steps below to complete your Rent section.
Step 1:
Go to the 'Rent Payments' section of your RentPassport. Click 'Verify your rent'.
Step 2:
On the next screen click on 'Living Situations'.
Here you will be asked the following questions:
"Have you rented in the UK in the last 12 months?"
"Are you a UK homeowner?"
Select 'Yes' under "Are you a UK homeowner?" answers and click 'Save'. This section is now complete.
