We require all deletions requests to be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete your account within 30 days from request. Please email us from the email your account is registered at as this will ensure we are removing the correct account. If an alternate email is used we may contact you to confirm the request.
- a DFI policy (active or expired)
- Rent Tracking has been activated at any time
- Acted as a guarantor
- Rent Passport has been shared with an Agent or Landlord at any time in the past
Unfortunately if you have a completed right to rent check we are not able to delete your account as this information needs to be accessible to your agent.
Such reasons for the retention of your data include, but are not limited:
to comply with a legal obligation;
for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority;
for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; and
pursuant to the achievement of the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed
