Please be aware we do not accept any loans including student finance. All income support should be for maintenance/living costs not for tuition.
In order for our referencing team to verify your income, you will need to provide evidence of this income by uploading one of the following documents:

Award letter:
This is an official letter provided by the institute providing you with income support whilst you are studying. This can include bursaries, grants and scholarships. We do not consider any payments towards tuition fees, only the maintenance element of the payments.
What we are looking for:
- University or awarding body information. This should be on company letterhead.
- Dates:
- This letter should be dated within the last year. If you have confirmation longer than this, please contact a support team.
- The letter must also confirm the date you will start receiving the award and when this will end.
- This letter must clearly show that this award is for you.
- Amount of award you will receive within the date period.
- How you will receive this award, i.e Monthly payments or quarterly payments.

The letter must also confirm what this award is supporting such as tuition or living costs.
Reference letter from the institution:
This is a letter which can be supplied to you by the institute providing you with income support whilst you are studying. This can include bursaries, grants and scholarships. We do not consider any payments towards tuition fees, only the maintenance element of the payments.

- University or awarding body information. This should be signed and on company letterhead. Must be provided by the relevant department within the university or awarding body
- Dates:
- This letter should be dated within the last year. If you have confirmation longer than this, please contact a support team.
- The letter must also confirm the date you will start receiving the award and when this will end.
- This letter must clearly show that this award is for you.
- Amount of award you will receive within the date period.
- How you will receive this award, i.e Monthly payments or quarterly payments.

This is a letter which can be supplied to you by your country's embassy providing you with income support whilst you are studying. This can include bursaries, grants and scholarships. We do not consider any payments towards tuition fees, only the maintenance element of the payments.
What we are looking for:
- Government/sponsoring embassy information. This should be signed and on company letterhead. Must be provided by the relevant department within the embassy.
- Sometimes these will be stamped instead of signed. We can accept this too.
- Dates:
- This letter should be dated within the last year. If you have confirmation longer than this, please contact a support team.
- The letter must also confirm the date you will start receiving the award and when this will end.
- This letter must clearly show that this award is for you.
- Amount of award you will receive within the date period.
- How you will receive this award, i.e Monthly payments or quarterly payments.
