Screening Result: High Risk
Below you will see a RentPassport™ with a status of High Risk. This will show on an applicants RentPassport™ when they have completed all the sections of their RentPassport™ and we have found some issues, which indicate the person is potentially a high risk tenant.
This renter has completed the credit check section and returned a Very Poor rating. When you expand the section you can see their address history is verified but they have issues in the financial history - Active and satisfied CCJs and bankruptcy.
This applicant has verified their income via Open Banking. The transaction name, showing you where the payment comes from, will be displayed. In this example you can see this comes from Accountants Company LTD. If we expand this section you will see more details such as the payment amounts and dates:
Similarly to their income the previous rent payments have been collated via Open Banking. The transaction name is showing you where the payment is/has been going to. In this example you can see the rent payment ID was 11 Railway Lane, London, SW10 8SW, UK. If we expand this section you will see more details such as the payment amounts and dates:
This renter has been requested to complete the full referencing so we will see the employer and landlord reference sections.
They have completed their details of employment and the employer has verified the employment status, type, start date and annual salary. The employer has also left a note about the renter.
The renter has entered the landlord details and a reference has been provided. There are warnings highlighted here - Damage to the property, rent arrears and the landlord would not rent to the tenant again. The landlord has also left a note about the renter.
As the renter has a Very Poor credit score and 3 warnings highlighted from the landlord reference, you will see a screening result of "High Risk". We highlight all information as warnings as the final decision to rent lies with the landlord.
