Until the renter completes all sections of the instant RentPassport™ you will see a screening result of “In Progress”. We recommend contacting the applicant to encourage them to complete their RentPassport™, alternatively you can contact our referencing team for assistance. The decision to proceed without all sections complete is with you, the agent/landlord.
