How to submit documents for review
When completing your RentPassport™ or RentTracking™, you may come across a prompt to upload documents. These will be used in verifying your income, verifying your rent or verifying your tenancy.
Below you will see the steps in order to successfully upload your document(s) for review.
Below is an example of the page you will see when asked to upload documents.
Select 'Upload documents'. You will then be prompted to choose from your photos or a file. You also have the option to take a photo if you have a physical document. This is will help if you are unable to scan the physical document. Select the relevant option and then select the relevant document(s).
When you have selected your document you will see a progress bar for the upload. This will turn solid blue before you have the option to move on. You have the option to upload more than one document for each section, once you have uploaded the appropriate files, please ensure double check these to avoid delays. Click 'Next'.
You have now successfully uploaded your documents and these will be reviewed by our referencing team within 48 hours. You will receive an email from Canopy when this has been completed.
