This is a step by step guide on how to accept your Agent/Landlord request to share your RentPassport™.
Once your agent has sent a request, you will receive an email and will also have a notification in your RentPassport™.
You will then need to sign into your RentPassport™ and select the 'Connect' button from the bottom menu. In this section, click "Landlords/Agents"
You will see the request/invite as shown below. Select the blue + button, this will accept the request/invite
You will then see the invite change to show as connected, with a green tick at the side, as shown below:
If you still have sections of your RentPassport to complete, this may show a note saying 'Further action required'.
You have now shared your RentPassport™ with your Agent/Landlord.
Please note: Once you have connected with an Agent/Landlord, you will be able to click on the connection and see contact details for them including their telephone number and email address.
