This is a step by step guide on how to share your RentPassport™ with your agent. When you have created an account with Canopy, you can share your RentPassport™ at any stage.
- The agent will need to have a Canopy HQ account in order to view your details.
- You will need details for your agent in order to share your RentPassport™ with them. These include: name, company name, phone number and email address. Please check with your agent that you have the correct email address for them.
Click on the “Connect” section of your RentPassport™, and select 'Landlords/Agents'.
Once you have entered all the details of your agent/landlord, click "Send invite"
Remember these are all mandatory fields and you will only be allowed to proceed once these have been completed.
The agent will receive an email notification prompting them to join Canopy to view your RentPassport™. If they have already signed up, they will be notified via email that this information is available for them in their HQ.
