When you have created an account with Canopy, you can share your RentPassport at any stage.
Please note:
The agent will need to have a Canopy HQ account in order to view your details.
You will need details for your agent in order to share your RentPassport with them. These include name, company name, phone number and email address. Please check with your agent that you have the correct email address for them.
Step 1:
Log into your account and find your RentPassport. You can find this on the navigation panel at the bottom of the page.
Step 2:
Click on "Landlords / Agents". which can be found under the "Your connections" section.
Step 3:
On the next page, click '⨁ Invite' and you will be prompted to complete your agent's information.
This includes:
Their name
Their company name
Their phone number
Their email address
The agent will receive an email notification prompting them to join Canopy to view your RentPassport. By sending the invite you consent to sharing your Rent Passport with the recipient.
